  • ⚠️ We accept clothing items ONLY — shirts, pants, dresses, skirts, jackets, coats, shoes, and accessories.

    We do not accept furniture, electronics, toys, books, kitchenware, or any non-clothing household items. Simple rule: if you'd wear it, we'll take it.

  • No — you don't have to be home at all. Simply set your clothing bags by the front door before your scheduled pickup time and we'll handle everything. Your donation receipt will be sent to you the same day.

  • You schedule your clothing pickup first through our online booking system. After booking, you'll receive a payment link via text message. No upfront payment required to reserve your spot.

  • We currently serve the following communities across Central Arkansas:

    Little Rock, NLR, Maumelle, Bryant, Benton, & Sherwood

  • Pricing is flat-rate based on how many bags of clothing you have ready. 1–3 bags is $15.99, 4–7 bags is $29.99, and 8+ bags is $49.99. Clothing items only — no other items accepted.

  • Yes. We send your tax donation receipt the same day your clothing is delivered to the charity — full documentation of where your items went and when.

  • We accept gently used clothing in good, wearable condition. Items should be clean and free of major damage. If you wouldn't donate it, it's probably not a fit for our charity partners either.

  • Yes — during booking you can select your preferred charity partner. We deliver directly to your chosen charity the same day.

    ⚠️ Choosing Live Thankfully?

    Live Thankfully accepts premium women's name brand clothing in excellent condition only. Non-qualifying items will be sorted and redirected to another partner at no extra charge.

  • The majority of your clothing goes directly to your chosen charity partner, same day. To keep The Pickup running and expanding, a small percentage of items with resale value may be set aside and resold.

    How This Helps You

    This model is what allows us to offer affordable flat-rate pricing, expand our service area, and deliver your donations at no cost to the charities. Every pickup still results in a direct charity delivery and a same-day tax receipt for you.

The Pickup is a Little Rock-based clothing donation pickup service founded by Brandon Watson. We handle the full logistics between your door and a local charity — scheduled pickup, same-day delivery, tax receipt included.

Brandon spent five years in the clothing resale industry before launching The Pickup in 2021. The idea was simple: most people already have bags of good clothing ready to donate — they just need someone reliable to come get them.
